Tell us a little about yourself. When and why did you start baking?My name is Ricquel and I've had a passion for baking since I was a little kid, helping my mom bake. I am 25 and have been baking for over 10.What is one Cake Stuff item you cannot live without?My favorite Cake Stuff item that I can't live without is the sprinkle bar and cookie-cutter selection! I can, honestly, spend hours looking at every single item!If you could bake/decorate with anyone famous who would it be?If I could bake with someone it would be SweetAmbs (Amber Spiegel) who initially inspired me to be a sugar cookie decorator and helped me perfect my royal icing and technique.Do you have a local baking business, or do you just bake/decorate for fun?No local bakery or business yet, but it is in my 5-year plan!!
