Tell us a little about yourself. When and why did you start baking?My name is Lyndsey Jantz. I live in Hesston KS with my husband and two girls, ages 6 and 8. I have been baking since I was a little girl! After making things for family and friends, I decided to open my in-home bakery, Lyndsey's Cake & Bakes. I also cater meals.What is one baking item you cannot live without?I love the variety of things at Cake Stuff, especially the cookie cutters and food dye.If you could bake/decorate with anyone famous who would it be?If I could bake with anyone famous, I'd choose Ree Drummond.
