Tell us a little about yourself. When and why did you start baking?Hi there! My name is Chelsea Koops and I'm a stay at home mama of two. I love anything and everything crafty or artsy! I first started decorating cakes during my junior year of high school. I love to bake and hang out in the kitchen, and being able to combine that with my artistic side is a dream come true!What is one baking item you cannot live without?I choose to shop at Cake Stuff not only to support local businesses and see my cake friends but they have the best selection of food colors and cookie cutters! I'm never disappointed when I go in there!If you could bake/decorate with anyone famous who would it be?If I could bake/decorate with anyone it'd have to be Zumbo! That guy is amazing! I could learn so much from him!Do you have a local baking business, or do you just bake/decorate for fun?I used to have a business page on FB called “Whiskful Bake Shoppe' where I'd post all my cakes, cookies, and other desserts. As much as I love to bake and decorate, my family comes first! It's sometimes hard to find time for myself or my baking having a 2-year-old daughter and a 4-year-old son. I hope to reactive my page though once my son is in school and I have a little more time during the day. I do take orders from my friends and family still when they need me!
