Tell us a little about yourself. When and why did you start baking?A friend of my moms actually showed my mom how to make sugar cookies and royal icing. One year we made Christmas cookies together and after that, I started to make them on my own practicing techniques and consistency!What is one Cake Stuff item you cannot live without?Well, I'm obsessed with looking at the cookie cutters and usually always walk out with at least one...but I definitely could not leave without Americolor food coloring!If you could bake/decorate with anyone famous who would it be?MaddiesCookieCo I love watching all of her Instagram videos and posts (she's not really super famous but I love her work)!Do you have a local baking business, or do you just bake/decorate for fun?Cookies have been a fun side business for me for about 3.5 years. I'm a nurse so I would do them on my days off. Recently I accepted a position as Chief Nursing Officer so I'm working 5 days a week and not a lot of extra time for cookies. Hopefully once I get into a routine I'll be able to make some more!
