Tell us a little about yourself. When and why did you start baking?My name is Jessica Camacho. I'm a mother of 4 precious little ones and raise them with my fiancé, Stephen. Since I was little, one of my dreams was to be a baker. I started my baking journey a couple of years ago by selling Chocoflans, a Mexican dessert. Throughout my time baking, Stephen has been my number one supporter/helper. We created Rose Petal Pastries together and have been loving it ever since!What is one Cake Stuff item you cannot live without?I cannot live without Cake Stuff's variety of boards and boxes! They always have what I need!If you could bake/decorate with anyone famous who would it be?It would definitely be Adriano Zumbo. I would love to get creative with him and explore all the elements through sweets!Do you have a local baking business, or do you just bake/decorate for fun?Yes! I'm the owner of Rose Petal Pastries. I wanted something catchy and feminine for the name so I decided to name it after my two-year-old, Marianie Rose. I try to make as much variety as I can when it comes to sweets.
