Tell us a little about yourself. When and why did you start baking?My name is Renita Schremmer. I live in Hoisington, Kansas. I am married and have two children. I teach elementary reading. I started decorating cakes when I was about 15 years old.What is one Cake Stuff item you cannot live without?Americolor soft gel paste!If you could bake/decorate with anyone famous who would it be?No idea!Do you have a local baking business, or do you just bake/decorate for fun?I do not have a business. I just do this for fun. However, when I retire from teaching it might become a business.
