Tell us a little about yourself. When and why did you start baking?Hi, my name is Tammy Purdum and I live in Hutchinson. I remember when I was in elementary school and got an Easy-Bake oven. I loved that thing! My family seemed to always have dessert on hand so as I got a little older I loved to bake a batch of cookies or a simple cake. I took my first cookie decorating class at Cake Stuff before Halloween several years ago and was hooked! I've been busy decorating ever since.What is one Cake Stuff item you cannot live without?I definitely couldn't live without all the cookie cutters as well as the Americolor gel colors and airbrush colors!If you could bake/decorate with anyone famous who would it be?I would love to decorate with Julia Usher or Carmen Torres! Their work is amazing!Do you have a local baking business, or do you just bake/decorate for fun?I started out decorating as a hobby but it quickly turned into an at-home business.
