Tell us a little about yourself. When and why did you start baking?Hi, my name is Gloria Barraza and I started baking 7 years ago after some encouragement from my mom. She was a great baker, but sadly, she passed a way in 2012. Today, I try to follow in her footsteps.What is one Cake Stuff item you cannot live without?I am so thankful and appreciative to Cake Stuff for reaching out to me because it is my favorite place to shop for any of my baking needs. They have it all! My favorite Cake Stuff item is their variety of sprinkles. It's always a must to buy at least one when I'm in there!If you could bake/decorate with anyone famous who would it be?The one celebrity that I would love to bake with if I had the opportunity would definitely have to be Martha Stewart. She really inspires me and I love to watch her bake.Do you have a local baking business, or do you just bake/decorate for fun?Not only am I a cake decorator, but I also make sweet breads, cookies, and many other baked goods. I've learned a lot throughout the years and I am incredibly thankful to all of my wonderful clients that support me. For now, baking is just a hobby but I do hope to own a bakery some day.
