I am originally from New Mexico and have lived in Wichita for 4 years. I am a dispatcher for the City of Augusta.When and why did you start baking/decorating?My baking cakes started as a class, then something to calm my stress. Now, I normally just do it for the police officers and firefighters I work with daily.If you could bake with anyone famous who would it be?Duff!Do you have a local baking business or do you just bake for fun?I just bake for fun! The police officers and firefighters often ask for a cake so I make it for them! Most people like my strawberry, others prefer my carrot cake. I've only made one decorated cake and that was for an officer who left. Once in a while, I bake for someone else.
