Tell us a little about yourself. When and why did you start baking?My name is Chelsea Rene. This beautiful life has dealt me many roles, a few of which are a loving mother of 5, a teammate to an amazing husband, and a talented chef with many backgrounds of food. I've always been drawn to the kitchen as far back as I can remember but my cake baking and decorating started sometime during my sophomore year. My Aunt Liv had made a few cakes and I was captivated. Needless to say, I've been hooked ever since.What is one Cake Stuff item you cannot live without?There are a plethora of items Cake Stuff offers that I can't get enough of. However, a recent project has shown me the strength in flavor the bakery emulsions by LORANN has in my buttercreams.If you could bake/decorate with anyone famous who would it be?If I could bake or decorate with someone famous I would have to choose Adriano Zumbo. To be taught by someone who specializes in such complex and amazing flavors and concepts would be an honor, a privilege, and a dream come true!!Do you have a local baking business, or do you just bake/decorate for fun?Currently, this is just a strong hobby of mine. I've done a few projects for family and friends. My last project received some local publicity and I've been encouraged to create a Facebook page to start up.
