Have you been to a few of our cookie classes and really enjoy decorating, but you’re too intimidated to make your own royal icing at home? Then this is the class for you! In Royal Icing 101, students will get hands-on experience with coloring, thinning, and bagging royal icing. We will also use cookies to practice a few techniques with each consistency to better understand their uses. All classroom supplies are provided.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early as the class will begin promptly on time.

There will be no refunds for cancellations 7 days before the event. No exceptions. If a class is canceled due to weather or teacher illness, every effort will be made to schedule a make-up class or process a refund.
