Who doesn’t enjoy a relaxing day of lounging on the beach, listening to the water lap at the shore? Join Katie as she guides you through decorating a cake that will have you dreaming of a peaceful beach getaway! Students will learn to stack and frost a cake using two-toned buttercream.

An introduction to molding modeling chocolate and buttercream texture techniques will also be covered. All classroom supplies provided.
